New NetBird version require geolocation DB

Hi,

As from 0.55 management require a geolocation database as netbirdio/netbird#4362 states.
I currently don't have the time to do anything but if anyone want to deal with that...

As today the last working version is 0.54.2.

Thanks. I saw this yesterday and am a little bit pissed that it’s mandatory now. The issue is they use a linked sqlite library instead of using like modernc.org/sqlite. It’s also bad design to allow the use of Postgres but then still use SQlite to store geodata (like what is the point). I will try to make an interface so Postgres will be used instead of SQlite because replacing the SQlite with modernc.org is much more work. Sorry for the inconvenience.
