[Bug] after migrate from v1 to v2, can not upgrade openresty

Problem Description

After upgrading from v1.31.x to v2 via 1panel-migrator (the latest version at the time was v2.0.4), the openresty version was 1.27.1.2-0-1-focal. The app store indicated that a new version was available, but the upgrade was unavailable.

从v1.31.x版本通过1panel-migrator迁移升级到v2版本后（当时最新版本为v2.0.4），openresty版本为 1.27.1.2-0-1-focal，应用商店提示有新版本，但是无法升级。

Steps to Reproduce

Perhaps this problem occurs when migrating from v1 to v2? However, other friends in discussion group also migrated to v2 and didn't encounter this issue.
Before v2.0.6, all my machines that I migrated and upgraded had this problem. However, this morning, after upgrading one machine from v2.0.4 to v2.0.6, I was able to choose the next version. However, the machine that I upgraded to v2.0.6 two days ago still displays the error.

或许是从v1版本迁移升级到v2都会出现这个问题？但是交流群中有其他朋友也是通过迁移升级到v2的，没有遇到这个问题。
v2.0.6版本之前，，我的所有迁移升级的机器都有这个问题，但是今天早上将一台机器从v2.0.4升级到v2.0.6后，可以选择更新版本了，但是前两天升级v2.0.6的机器依旧报错。

The new version can be displayed normally and the upgrade operation can be performed

我也遇到了，最后把openresty卸载重装了

今天尝试重装解决掉该问题，因此对应用进行了备份，然后卸载旧应用，再安装新应用进行备份导入，发现不能自动识别旧版本的备份文件，通过“服务器选择”之后选中旧版本的备份文件，此时开始执行恢复操作，最终恢复失败，错误原因是“应用名不正确”
再次检查了其他从v1迁移升级到v2的机器，有一个很明显的情况：迁移升级后能够正常升级openresty的面板，当初在安装openresty的时候没有修改应用名（默认为openresty），而不能升级openresty的面板，当初在安装openresty的时候修改了应用名（两台服务器我都改成了nginx）。
怀疑是否和这个应用名有关系

我是直接卸载重装，没有用备份导入的方式，重装后发现配置文件等信息依然保留着，可以正常使用

openresty 不能使用 v1 的旧备份恢复
v2 版本我们修改了默认网站的配置文件位置 /opt/1panel/www 下面
如果使用 v1 备份 会有问题
如果升级到 v2 之后 openresty 在 1.27.1.2 的情况下无法升级 可以尝试 卸载之后 直接安装最新的 Openresty
由于 v2 我们优化了网站配置文件位置 所以网站不会丢失

恢复的时候用的是v2的备份，只是报错说“应用名不一致”
上面那个的意思是：能不能尝试使用复现步骤来尝试复现，因为之前开发者一直说复现不了这个问题嘛

可能有用的复现步骤：
1.安装v1版本的1panel
2.通过应用商店安装openresty，安装的时候修改应用名为其他（不是默认用户名就行）
3.通过1panel-migrate将1panel迁移升级到v2版本
4.前往v2版本的1panel尝试升级openresty
