Documentation: Update example run lists

• Run list of ‘regular mode’ example provided in documentation is not consistent with the updated run list of example_calm.
• Run list of ‘repop mode’ example provided in documentation is not fully consistent with the updated run list of example_calm_repop.
• Add oceanside example
