Required style file footnotehyper-sphinx.sty is missing #43
Description
This issue is related to previous issue #42.
On line 217 of the style file doc/share/sphinx.sty (release tag v22.0.0) I read :
\RequirePackage{footnotehyper-sphinx}
but the required style file footnotehyper-sphinx.sty is not available anywhere.
Note: The generation of file doc/build/aunit_cb/pdf/aunit_cb.pdf works for me if I comment out both lines 199 and 217 (see the PDF file aunit_cb.pdf generated with several errors Undefined control sequence: \sphinxAtStartPar).
