Tools for sharing design docs, creating Discussions

Hi folks, I wanted to start a thread to share some tools that might be helpful for us in discussing design ideas.

One tool I like is Clipboard2Markdown, which lets you copy/paste from Google Docs and translate the rich text into Markdown. This way, you can translate internal Word / Google Docs- based design docs into a format suitable for posting in GitHub Discussions. The translation happens fully locally via JavaScript.
