WebRTC no longer loads after upgrading Android WebView to 136.0.7103.60#1742

After upgrading Android Webview to 136.0.7103.60 in my tablet, the go2rtc stream no longer loads.

It fails to load with:

webrtc/offer: unable to populate media section, RTPSender created with no codecs

Facts:

  • The device is a Teclast P20HD tablet running Android 10
  • Last working version is 135.0.7049.113, downgrading to it resolves the problem.
    • To downgrade: uninstall Android WebView updates, then install 135.0.7049.113 through the APK
  • Upgrading to Android WebView Beta 137 does NOT resolve the issue
  • Unable to reproduce this issue in my Samsung Galaxy S25 running Android 15
  • go2rtc 1.9.9

What can I do to debug the issue further?
