ProtonVPN won't open

I tried installing it from Software app store but it won't open. Then I tried following this https://protonvpn.com/support/es-es/official-linux-vpn-ubuntu and still won't open. After trying to run it from terminal with protonvpn-app, it will stay there, so after doing Control c to cancel it, this error appeared
