Catalan support #45
Description
I know is added Catalan language support in version 0.3.3 problem i have is how to get it work? if i use es_CA is ok but i cannot do work with "Catalan" language or "ca" language. No one functionality in swift gives me "es_CA" string of desired text.
NSLinguisticTagger or NLLanguageRecognizer only returns language code, never "country_LANGUAGE" as OSSSPeechKit needs
