`yamlparse-applicative` is deprecated

`yamlparse-applicative` is deprecated (see https://github.com/NorfairKing/yamlparse-applicative) and instead should use https://github.com/NorfairKing/autodocodec

Not really big deal, but something to keep in mind, especially regarding packaging as I would rather avoid having deprecated/unmaintained packages on my system.
