How to migrate from Insomnia without having to export and import everything?

I copied the config folder from ~/.config/Insomnia to ~/.config/Insomnium and everything worked without issues.

On mac I copied all the .db files from
~/Library/Application Support/Insomnia to ~/Library/Application Support/Insomnium
I tried to copy the whole folder but the app crashed when opening.
