React-hot-loader v4 not working

Current behavior

If upgrade react-hot-loader from v3 to v4, it will trigger a full-page reload instead of HMR

Expected behavior

Use react-hot-loader v4 without full-page reload

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior

Keep it up-to-date
