Extended input mode should allow better input

Either by allowing the user to control the cursor over multiple lines (possibly curses) or dropping the user into a text editor of their choice

This may be able to be done in a similar way to how git does it, allowing the user to specify a text editor to use and chead will generate a temporary file. If no configuration file is present or if the user has not specified their own editor then the default editor EDITOR will be used
