Unicode box art outlines

Create some set of box drawing features for unicode
Maybe -U lines corners (corners having the ability to be curved or slanted or something. This idea needs more flushing out before implementation as it may involve more features being able to be added to regular language flags. Or possible -U will be a basic unicode and --UnicodeThick and --UnicodeThin will become the style to indicate style.
