Add Collaborator Transition Does Not Animate

When tapping the Add Collaborator floating action button on the Collaborators screen, the transition from floating action button to dialog no longer animates. The transition animation still occurs for the Add Tag floating action button on the Edit Tags screen though. See the videos below for illustration.

2. Tap ellipsis/overflow button in top app bar.
3. Tap Collaborators item in menu.
4. Tap Add Collaborator floating action button.
5. Notice Add Collaborator dialog is shown without animation.

1. Open navigation drawer.
2. Tap Edit button in Tags section.
3. Tap Add Tag floating action button.
4. Notice Add Tag dialog is shown with animation.
