Describe the Bug with repro steps

Repro Steps:

1. Create custom connector and give required details in General, security and Definition section
   3.Create a Logic App in the same subscription and same location as your custom connector or use existing logic app
2. Open designer. Add http request trigger.
3. Add new action, Filter Runtime with 'Custom'
4. Select Custom connector and see the newly added action. Create a connection
5. Verify all field can load successfully
   8.Click on advanced parameter and select the value given in JSON above.
6. Input content, you can input anything for 'path' parameter, go to CodeView and come back to Designer - It should load properly.
7. Save and run the workflow

Expected Result:
Workflow run succeeds and RequestBin receives request

Actual Result:
Workflow run got failed
