Port the cSpell check here #9
Description
Since the cSpell check runs against everything, it can flag issues not related to the particular PR.
Maybe a wrapper script could be added here and use the getFilesChangedInPR to limit the scope to just the current files. It could fallback and run on everything like the other scripts do when not running on a PR.
Just opening this up as in issue to see if there is interest before going too deep.
