Improvement of the goal system

Following the suggestion to add a goal system for the Vote plugin (see Azuriom/Plugin-Vote#110), I would also like to suggest improving the existing goal system in the Shop plugin.

The current system is a great foundation, but it could be made even more dynamic and engaging with the following additions:

1. Command Execution on Goal Completion: Currently, the goal is mainly visual. It would be very useful to be able to configure commands (executed via AzLink) to reward all online players when the goal is reached.
2. Automatic Goal Reset: Add an option for the progress bar and counter to automatically reset once the goal is completed. This would create a continuous cycle, similar to the "Hype Train" on Twitch, encouraging regular purchases to unlock rewards for the entire community.

These improvements would turn the goal feature into a real recurring community event.
