Add ability to complete challenges by using a sign attached to a chest

We are migrating from uSkyblock over to BSkyblock. Our players really liked the ability to attach a sign to a chest and being able to complete signs by right clicking the sign to complete the challenge.

Describe the solution you'd like.

Take for example, a farm that outputs wheat to a chest. It would be nice to be able to attach a sign to the chest with the lines [bskyblock] on line one and [wheatfarmer] on line two. Then when a player right clicks the sign, it completes the wheatfarmer challenge and takes the required items out of the chest and gives the player the rewards.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

I think you have the ability to do this same completion with items in the player inventory and doing a command to complete the challenge but I haven't tested that yet. I will test when I get home tonight. I tried searching for the chest/challenge ability in your docs, on discord, and already open/closed tickets but didn't see it.
