Rewrite documents using modern tools #120

The current document doesn't feel very good in terms of user experience. I want to rewrite the current document using Viteperss. I just want to confirm if there are still people active in the project to merge PR. If there are reviewers with merge permissions, can you clearly let me know if I can do so? Because I don't want to waste too much time on a project without anyone reviewing the PR
