Conflict with IIS

I'm trying to run browser sync with gulp but I need IIS setup so everytime that port opens it defaults to the IIS home page.

Are there settings in gulp's browser sync that can stop that from happening?

Browsersync defaults to port 3000, but if it's conflicting with IIS, why not configure BrowserSync to use a different port. You'll also need to proxy from IIS to get it working.
