Problem with "Installing libBGPStream"

I'm following the steps provided on the website of installing libBGPStream. However i got the following error in the pic.

I couldn't figure out which version of Ubuntu is this software suitable? But i assume it's for Ubuntu 20.04?
Are you able to publish this package for Ubuntu 22.04 or the late versions ?
