Support for automated translation of posts for multilingual sites

Hello,

I want to use Hugo Stack for a multilingual blog. However, every time I publish a post, translating it into another language (especially when updating previously published posts) is quite cumbersome.

Is there any existing tool, script, or workflow that can automate the translation of posts while preserving the Front Matter structure?

Ideally, it would:

• Translate only selected fields in the Front Matter (e.g., title, description)

• Translate the post content without affecting image paths, links, or code blocks

• Automatically generate new language versions (e.g., index.en.md, index.ja.md) in the same directory

Any guidance or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any existing tools that can do that. Perhaps you could try using an AI tool to generate a script for it.
