Consider switching from Mustache to React?

Perhaps this is a personal preference thing, but I'd rather work with React for these templates and plugins than with Mustache/Handlebars syntax, even though the app is quite simple and statically rendered. Worth looking into converting? It doesn't seem like it would be that hard to do.
