Can you show a screenshot of what you’re seeing? This was an issue (not mac exclusive) in earlier 6.0 patches but should’ve been fixed already; but your debug info indicates you are on the latest version.

Here is a screenshot on a brand new world in a brand new modpack on Neoforge with only Create on the newest version. You can see the drips coming from the pipe but no fluid is visible.
