Add GitLab Automation #93

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, we support auto-generation of only GitHub repositories. We would like to add support for GitLab as this is a major source code hosting platform used by many agencies.
Describe the solution you'd like
When users input a GitLab repository link, we fetch metadata of the repository using GitLab API.
Describe alternatives you've considered
GitLab users can manually fill out the form, however this takes lots of time and make not have all repository information at hand. This process can be made much easier using the GitLab APIs
