decide on and create alignments between the ADC sensitivity classes and the DataTags classes #115
Description
We original had classes for all the DataTags colors but pulled them out in the final version of SENSO to help get the first version out the door and give ourselves more time to deal with that and create proper alignments between our three sensitivity classes and Datatags.
Some notes from the previous discussion over on #113:
- @mpsaloha suggests trying skos-dl:exactMatch and skos-dl:closeMatch
- Clarify the DataTags definitions and try to eliminate the identical definitions
