Decide on a place (or places) to host the MOSAiC ontology

We need a home for the MOSAiC ontology beyond GitHub. There can be multiple homes but there should be a primary one, preferably one that gives a good overview of the ontology. Right now I'm thinking a PyLODE page might be best because we make such extensive use of instances and the PyLODE page gives folks a way to check those out in a web browser. BioPortal doesn't yet show much of anything useful for instances.
