Adding a follow button on the Internship/Placement Blog.

The Internship/Placement Blog is one of the most used features of InstiApp. To get the shortlist notifications you need to follow the Blog, the current process is Explore -> Seach Blog -> Follow.
It can be simplified by just adding a floating action button in the Blog page
