Room display in list and rebate admin card

Two things:
1. The room display has an extra `- ` in the Students' List page. Shouldn't have that. If the room content begins with a `- `, remove in the content displayed.
2. In the admin rebates card, the room is displayed right beside the name, which is difficult to read and not presentable.
Move the room information to a different line (or wherever it looks good and easily noticeable).
