Publication-specific pages migrated into main repo

Currently, a few publications on the Publications page have sub-pages which are linked from the publication title. These sub-pages containing brief information about the publication (e.g. title, authors, abstract) along with links to artifacts (e.g. coding schemas, interview scripts, anonymized datasets, etc.). They are currently maintained in separate repositories on the EPICLab GitHub organization. The site contents for these pages needs to be merged into the main EPICLab.github.io repository, and the separate repositories retired.

The following sites require migration:

Since these URLs serve as permanent DOI links, and are listed within the associated publications themselves, we need to redirect these URLs to point to the new locations once migrated.

I've migrated the files on my remote desktop so that I can get started on creating the data page for Recommending Tasks to Newcomers in OSS Projects: How Do Mentors Handle It?. Will it look like this? Within the EPICLab.github.io folder, I created a publications folder, which has two folders: Data and PDF. The Data folder contains the .html files for the publication-specific sites plus the additional media, css, etc.

I assigned this issue to myself in order to take care of the migration. That current structure has redundant elements that need to be merged and updated so that all CSS, JavaScript, images, and media are contained in the same folders of the main EPICLab.github.io site. There are also some URL redirection issues that need to be handled in the administrative configuration panels for all of the involved repositories. I'll add these changes to the master branch either today or tomorrow, so continue with the other open issues for now.
