Starting a discussion here to decide what to do with the backend catalogue we currently have within our repository. Right now, each record contains a reference to the service endpoint in the links section. At this stage, this renders the backend catalogue redundant unless I have overlooked something?

Alternatively, we could opt to properly link each service record to an entry in a "platform" catalogue, offering the benefit that we only need to maintain a single record per platform and simply add a link to this record for each service.
