[Feature Request] Resume Parsing #28
Description
Describe the Feature
We should set up a system for quickly parsing user resume. This data can then be used for autofill functionality and drafting application responses. Starting with just resumes for now should be good but later on we can parsing for CVs and cover letters
Is this feature related to a bug? If so please describe
I mean we cant even save resumes yet 💀. We'll get there... eventually

I'm not too in tune with LLMs we can use to figure out how to do this but I assume we will be using some sort of AI to accomplish this unless we somehow get our hands on an ATS resume scanner.
