tags should be optional

When i activate tags option, if the note has no tag, the export to notion does not work.
what should be :
when tag option activated :

• if there are tags : the note should be exported with tags,
• if there are no tag, the note should be exported, without tags

As it works now, it seems that all notes should have tags

I don`t know if that issue still revelant since, I accidently posted a note without proprety and I simply received a warning about the tags missing but the note has been published in my notion db and the plugins create the properties tags, link and notionID in my obsidian note.
