SRC Application where not everybody has passwordless sudo #2
Description
The Jupyter Notebook application in SRC gives everybody that can login to VM also passwordless sudo rights.
For our purpose it would be dangerous for non-admins to have sudo.
We should create copy of the Jupyter Notebook application where we remove the co_passwordless_sudo application parameter

To give a user a sudo rights we should add them to the SRAM src_co_admin group see https://servicedesk.surf.nl/wiki/display/WIKI/Flag+a+CO-member+as+SRC+administrator
