Code re-deployment for CRAN submission

The KrigR package is currently not available through CRAN. To promote uptake of the package and streamline future development, I will need to change some of the function structures and change the documentation.

KrigR will remain on GitHub for the time being to allow speedy updates. If someone wants to assist with CRAN submission, shoot me a message.
