Merge New templates files

hello
in this branch i works on template files :

• unify all files in one (no more html5)
• update html and css for grid and flex system (less css, better display)
• update module display with min max grid system

Our existing template files are really old.

Personally I have not used them last 5 years, and always made custom ones

We should remove the CSS completely
and start from scratch

My work set backward compatibility it can be cool to merge it in order to have cleaner files.
After we can redo all

• rebuild grid template in flex and grid (no more padding or bloc align problem)
• add min-max system for better responsive
• add height of content (all item will have same height)
• add reamdore align
• using gap instead of marging for better display
