Add simai chart conversion UI for both `SDT` file generation and export

Currently, only the SenDT CLI has an interface for converting simai charts to the SDT format, with no further action available. The GUI should include functionality to process simai charts to be included within user_data, and subsequently have the ability to backup/export those charts.
