Choose which view to display first

Which I can choose which Turtle to set where on a screen (groups)
I cannot choose which I want to display FIRST in a certain group

for example 2 columns:
NMBS + NMBS
transition
MAPS + DL

if DL has a lower ID then NMBS, it will display DL first
