Videos stop playing and wrong video is played,

I subscribed to the 'Itchy Boots' Channel with Invidious selected. Because I'm watching videos in order from the start it is a long scroll to the earlier videos. I particularly wanted S1 - Eps.92 CROSSING INTO RUSSIA]. When I went to watch it I had a message that flashed up and disappeared that was too quick to read to the effect that the video won't play back on this ip address, change the location in the vpn. I did, and it still wouldn't play back, the same message persisted despite changing location about 6 times and restarting the program.

I switched of 'Proxy videos through Invidious' and the video played, and I watched it. At the top right, the next video S1 - Eps.93 WHAT IS THIS was selected as the next video to watch. I clicked it and the correct title came up under the video, but the video that played was incorrect, it played the video I had just watched.

So I need to know, what did I do wrong?
I had 'Proxy videos through Invidious' selected because things like 'Most Popular' and 'Trending' work better.
Why did changing VPN location not fix the issue?

I didn't register as a bug in case I was wrong. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
