Users should be able to delete SOAP exams

Just as with edit, users should also be able to delete SOAPs

• The "Delete" feature should be close to the "Edit" button or as part of the same dropdown menu
• There should be some confirmation and verification for deleting, for example: Are you sure you want to delete this exam? This action cannot be undone. Type in the patient name to continue
• Appropriate toast messages should be displayed
• Users should be redirected back to the patient chart
