Support searching lineages using aliases

It would be nice to allow users to enter aliases when searching for a lineage. In case of SARS-CoV-2, this may mean that it is possible to search for B.1.1.7.1.

I think this should be possible. There were a few aliases that didn't show, but with this PR that was fixed: #1024
