Feature: Provide full screen view of geographic distribution table, allow export #5
Description
It's often nice to export tables like this to Google Sheets/Excel or take a screenshot for Twitter etc.
However, unfortunately, the height of the current modular display on the main page is not so conducive to screenshots showing all the countries.
It would be great if there was a separate page like for "international comparison" in covSpectrum so that one can link to just that table. Maybe even passing URL parameters to convey a default sort.
It would also be nice to add a simple export option, as tsv or csv.
