Review and simplify Instasllation sections

The first step is to merge repeated steps, so the proposed structure is:

Docker
- Vanilla setup
- Project-based setup
Bare install
- Prerequisites (PostGIS, Tomcat, Geoserver, Redis, etc(
- Vanilla setup
- Project-based setup
Further Production Enhancements (to bre reviewed and updated)

The "Basic installation" will be removed.
