Floating Search Bar instead of App Bar #859

The newer version of Google Keep doesn't have a typical App Bar - https://material.io/components/app-bars-top

Instead it uses a Persistent Search Bar - https://material.io/design/navigation/search.html#persistent-search . I definitely like the look of the persistent search bar. With it the app's green theme would also become less apparent.
