Add option to return all donation data in one response/CSV #36
Description
For some API calls we now have to choose either all chains or Optimism to query donation data - We should only need to make one query that has all donation data from all chains.. I'm not sure how this happened, maybe there was a miscommunication.
These APIs should have another option to return all data from all chains:
