feat(flex-linux-setup): provide utility to fetch the installed flex version

We have following script to provide the version of the Janssen server components. Can we add flex to it if the installation is flex installation? This will be used by Admin UI to display the flex version.

@duttarnab Where to get flex version?
printVersion.py script reads fileMETA-INF/MANIFEST.MF inside war file to determine application versions. For flex where to get version? I could not file any version information neither under /var/www/html/admin directory nor in gluu-flex-admin-ui-plugin.jar
