Guake Reports Error When Trying To Bind F12 Key. #2295

Description

@noahmartinwilliams

Describe the bug
When I launch guake after an update to Arch linux that I just installed (October 12th, 2025) when it launches it says that it can't bind the F12 key and tells me to change the key binding. No other key binding seems to work either as they all create that same error message.

Expected behavior

It should bind the key.

Actual behavior

It gives an error and does not bind the key.

To Reproduce

Run the latest version from source on an up-to-date arch linux machine and use "python3 guake/main.py" to run it in the source directory for guake as trying to run it with the makefile generates an error about the gi library being missing.
