Code of Conduct

I wonder if we want to include a code of conduct on the webpage to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Here's a nice example:

I also think it's good to have one. I already put this in the etherpad for the 2^nd HH, but I think we forgot to talk about it ... We can also port from Open Science 101: https://github.com/OKScienceDE/Open_Science_101/blob/master/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md

Probably easiest to put a file in the master branch (and gh-pages?!) of the repo and just link to it?

I added the CoC proposal to the new etherpad. Let's decide next week?
