Shortcuts are displayed after regular apps and just open the mian app instead of specific file/PWA

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install some PWA like YouTube in your browser
2. Open app grid screen in Volla launcher
3. Start YouTube PWA

Actual results:

1. For 2, YouTube PWA was displayed after regular apps (in the screenshot there is another "my Uzo" PWA, while "X" and "Zoom" are regular apps):

2. For 3, Firefox browser was opened as if I stared browser as usual

Expected results:

1. For 2, YouTube PWA should be displayed among regular apps sorted alphabetically
2. For 3, YouTube PWA should be opened

Reproducible:
Not always, sometimes it doesn't work every 2nd time or every 5th time

Workaround:
One can switch between opened apps and Volla launcher and at some point PWA will be displayed in the correct order and then their shortcuts will open PWA instead of just starting browser

I can't reproduce this issue

I still can reproduce it and it is very annoying bug as I have to switch to some app and then back to launcher to be able to open specific shortcut sometimes 2-3 times.

Also, it can be reproduced even with images: if you add a shortcut to some specific image to the home page in Gallery and then sometimes that shortcut will open just Gallery instead of specific image (the image shortcut will not have the thumbnail and it will be listed after other apps).

So, please can you consider reopening it?

I have the same issue. This is how I can reproduce it:

1. Install a PWA with the Browser(Fennec)
2. Close the Browser
3. Open the Browser
4. The Icon of the PWA will apear in the app grid
5. Click this Icon -> PWA will open
6. Close PWA and Browser
7. Now in the app grid, there is still the entry for the PWA, but it is not longer at its alphabetic place(but right after the Browser) and it has the default Browser icon.
8. Clicking this entry opens Fennec the same way as I would click the Browser Icon.
9. If I do step 8. severeral times and always close the Browser after opening it again, at one point the entry gets its rigth icon, and right position again and also will launch the PWA, instead of only opening the Browser.
