Trying to figure out in what timezone the cookie IDs are generated! Trying to sync my archive database of houses with said clock to hopefully clear cookie counts on time. I am aware it resets at 00:00-03:00 in an American timezone (EST, I believe?) but I'm not sure about exactly what hour, what timezone and if said timezone accounts for daylight savings time and if it does; which day it goes in and out of effect. Please let me know!
